I'm seeing motion design as a powerful media.
What story can't tell, motion can make someone feel. As like painters for centuries were reflecting emotions in their paintings, now motion designers can improve information with animations. Doing such creative stuff requires technical and artistic skills, to be merged together with an interesting life experience.
Sometimes I like to make things more complicated than they require it to be, but later it helps to make some ideas easier for someone to understand.
